Article 1 - Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Bookkeeper S.à r.l. ("Bookkeeper") and its clients ("the Client") for the provision of domiciliation, company formation and accounting services in Luxembourg.
Article 2 - Pricing
Prices are stated in euros excluding tax. Luxembourg VAT in force (17%) is applied at the time of invoicing. Prices may change; the applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.
Article 3 - Payment
Payment is made online by credit card through our secure provider Stripe. No banking information is stored on our servers. The service is accessible after payment confirmation.
Article 4 - Timelines
Company formation timelines vary depending on the legal form chosen and the completeness of the file. As a guide: SARL/SARL-S in 2-4 weeks, SA in 4-8 weeks. These timelines are provided for information purposes and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
Article 5 - Client Obligations
The Client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information, to submit the required documents within the allotted timeframes, and to cooperate with Bookkeeper for the smooth running of KYC/AML due diligence required by Luxembourg legislation.
Article 6 - Withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, the Client has a 14-calendar-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of the order, unless the services have been fully performed before the expiration of this period with the Client's consent.
Article 7 - Applicable Law
These GTCS are subject to Luxembourg law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Luxembourg courts.
