How do I choose between Starter, Business and Premium?

We start from invoice volume, headcount and bank accounts. A 30-minute scoping call validates the tier and the indicators that trigger a fee review.

What if I exceed my package mid-year?

We alert you as counters approach the cap. You can move to the next tier from the following month or buy additional hours at the contract hourly rate.

Are annual tax packages included?

Model 500 (corporate income tax) and RCS account filing are included in Business and Premium; Starter covers ongoing bookkeeping but may need a supplement for complex year-ends — stated before signature.

The bundle covers recurring obligations defined in the contract (e.g. monthly VAT + model 500). À la carte lines are one-off or highly specialised missions needing extra expert time or a different sign-off.

Yes — recurring filings and standard annual FAIA are included in the BPO bundle. Atypical cases (multiple establishments, many assignments) are estimated before signature.

How does degressivity above ten payslips work?

We apply a published degressive grid: each extra band lowers the unit cost. The grid may be reviewed once a year with notice under the general terms.
